At The Doriya Vibe, we take pride in offering authentic Kota Doria Sarees, Suits, and handcrafted ethnic wear. As many of our products are handmade and produced in limited quantities, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Prepaid Orders
- Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully completed.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged product received.
- Manufacturing defect in the product.
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Original invoice and tags must be available.
- Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged by customers are not eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees with Fall & Pico completed.
- Customized or altered products.
- Cut or stitched dress materials.
- Made-to-order products.
- Sale and clearance products.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange is available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Opened, worn, washed, or altered products are not eligible.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after product inspection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds may be provided as Store Credit or Original Payment Method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
Damaged Package
- Do not accept parcels that appear tampered with or damaged.
- Take photographs of the package immediately.
- Contact our support team as soon as possible.
International Orders
- International orders are generally non-returnable.
- Custom duties, taxes, and exchange shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
